Because you said I would like it

Would have suited ambience better methinks, but wow, that was pretty awesome. It was almost hypnotic... There were a few mischords between the pads and piano, i'd get a time for you, but i'm too lazy.

Is it just me or have you flammed that bass drum? Somthing sounds wrong with it, but I just can't put my finger on it. What do you use anyway?

SolusLunes responds:

What do I use? I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. :)

OMFG.

You, sir, get a 5. This is... so awesome.

It sort of reminds me of Stomp... that crazy musical thingy, and it just sounds so awe-imspiringly artistic and creative, its amazing.

Woo.

I love this song, so remixes always interest me.

Thing is, it just didnt sound right. The right idea of melody was there, but without the chords beneath it, it really wasnt that good. Its still not realistic, but it is trancy sounding which is good. When the lead comes in, dont make it change key with the strings until the very last cadence, it should make it sound a bit thicker. It really improves once the drums kick in though.

Still, you need to get those chords in there somwhere.

Xyanide responds:

Yeah i know i think i'm going to look for some midi file and rip out the scores from there for the other intruments cuz i only have the main violin part in at the moment i don't think that one is going to come on here tho 3 versions of the same song is a bit too much XD anyway i know the strings still don't sound realistic but a lot better then the older version i had. Thnx for the review :)

Good, but

You just stuck drums ontop of another track of music, a track of music you didn't make or have permission to use, and therefore are in breach of both the portal rules and copyright law. Good day sir.

Fury responds:

ok for all the IDIOTS and little kids looky here

Yay!

That duck does actually sound a classy guitar. Weird it is indeed!

Very origional and fitting songs, and the drums and guitar was excelent.

Jhalkompwdr responds:

"That duck does actually sound a classy guitar." Typolol.
It's an awesome duck too, it floats and can be driven around ponds and such.

:o

Lack of stereo made baby jesus cry.

This is rather uber trancy, with a lovely pounding bassline and trancy sounds. One of your best yet, but still not quite beating final bowser heavy metal thingy ;)

Jhalkompwdr responds:

Not enough filespace makes baby jesus cry.

I'm working on a solo for Bowser HR, see if it'll got on OCR this time.
THX anyhoo.

Hmnnnn

The piano notation wasnt quite right, and would have sounded better an octave up, listen to my remix ;), but it definatly was what it was ment to be, and has a great backbeat to it. The synth strings need some reverb, it sounds a bit weird with them just cutting off every time a new chord came in.

Hmmn..

I'm not sure what was wrong with your scart lead, but I never had any problems with sound quality on nes/snes :P.

The drums seem to be really offbeat at the start, not in a good way too, and they're very overpowering, especially that kick.

Sounds more like boss music, as opposed to the underworld.

Weapongod30 responds:

Well, I'm sorry you feel that way(SIGH) well, I guess that any feedback helps on improvement...at least you weren't mean like some of the other users... anyways, thx for your review!

:o

The timing was all wrong. horribly wrong, there was no expression in it whatsoever, and it was too perfect. There was virtualy no use of harmonies, except the two at the end, and the second instrument was completely unrecogniseable, also there was nasty background noise. The notation was almost right, until the end.

Sonic5039 responds:

working on revised version thnx for telling me it was a little off at the end on the notes. going to fix that tommorow or something. and ill add more harmonies maybe another insturment an octave lower, and the back ground noise you hear could have been things falling my mic not picking it up correctly or hte mic was too sensitive and heard the click of the mouse before i hit the stop button. also it could just have been interference from something.

:D

A lovely start, kicked in quickly and layed down a nice base line and beat that kept the track rolling. The sound seemed a little over-compressed (in the stereo sense), and it would of sounded nicer with a wider stereo feel.

It was in all, a well composed techno track, from one of the AP's more competant artists.

ShinDenjin responds:

I am honored. Thank you kind sir^_^

I maek musics.
